Creating a new thread is easy! Once you are signed in and go into a board, have a look in the top right hand corner for this: Click on 'new thread' and you'll then see the create a post screen: When you click on any of the buttons, you'll see some code in square brackets. Don't panic - it might look techy but it's very easy to understand! Available Buttons - Bold, italics, underline, strikethrough, glow (IE only), shadow (IE only), marquee, preformatted, left, center, right, horizontal ruler, font-size, font, you tube video, blockquote, url, image, email, table tags, superscript, subscript, teletype, code, quote, list. Therefore with a code such as [ b] (start making things bold) you will see it followed by [ /b] (stop making things bold). Whatever text you place between these two blocks of code will end up bold, e.g. [ b]this text is bold[/b] becomes this text is bold. Don't forget to complete the subject box!! There is a preview option as well as a spell check facility (it's American) - the forum staff encourage the use of both options! Once you're done, simply hit the 'Post Message' button and there'll be another thread for others to contribute to...
